1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Bobo's Flowers. By accessing our website and purchasing our floral arrangements, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers in Australia. We strive to provide a warm, professional service that brings blooming joy to your every occasion.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation reflecting your chosen blooms and/or add-on's. Should an item become unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be contacted as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund.
3. Delivery
We deliver across our specified local zones in Australia. While we aim for precise timing, delivery windows are estimates. Please ensure a recipient is available or provide clear 'Authority to Leave' instructions.  If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, your flowers will be left in a safe & shaded place or as per your instructions. If there is no safe place to leave the order, a re-delivery will be required & a re-delivery fee will apply. Bobo's Flowers is not responsible for the flowers once they have been delivered to the specified address. Please ensure all recipient details (name, phone number, and address) are entered correctly when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately.
4. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date and time. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this time or for change-of-mind once delivery has been attempted. Custom Orders: All sales are final for custom-designed arrangements. Since these are created specifically for your unique vision with hand-selected stems, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
5. Custom Orders
For bespoke arrangements, we work closely with you to realize your vision. Custom orders require a longer lead time and specific details must be finalized in writing. We reserve the right to advise on flower choices based on seasonal suitability, market availability and structural integrity.Â
6. Product Availability and Substitutions
Nature is unpredictable! If a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonal shifts, market availability or quality issues, our expert florists will substitute it with a bloom of equal or greater value that maintains the style and color palette of your order.
7. Allergies, Pets and Safety
Flowers can be beautiful but some varieties are toxic to pets or may trigger allergies. It is the customer's responsibility to check for sensitivities. Bobo's Flowers cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions; please keep arrangements out of reach of curious paws and little hands.
8. Return of Vases
Vases from Vase Arrangements may be returned for a $5 discount off your next purchase. Vases must be previously purchased from Bobo's Flowers and must be in saleable condition i.e. no chips, breaks, scratches. Vases can be collected when the next delivery or pick-up is made. Bobo's Flowers reserves the right to not accept vases if they are not of saleable condition. The $5 discount will be paid in cash on return of the vase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images of our floral designs, logos, and text, is the property of Bobo's Flowers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bobo's Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or Australian law. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
