Returns Policy
At Bobo's Flowers, we want your blooming joy to last. Because our products are living and perishable, we have specific guidelines to ensure you receive the freshest arrangements possible.
Freshness Guarantee
If your flowers do not arrive in peak condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photograph of the arrangement so our floral designers can assess the issue and provide a suitable replacement or store credit, if applicable.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up date and time. Once an arrangement has been crafted or is out for delivery, we are unable to fulfill cancellation requests or issue refunds.
Custom Orders
All sales are final for custom-designed arrangements. Since these are created specifically for your unique vision with hand-selected stems, they are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind after pick-up or delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it blooms perfectly in your space.
